Holiday Weekends: 3 night minimum for all unit types

A full refund (less a $25 administration fee) will be provided with the required notice. Length of notice required:

• June 15 – September 15, Holiday Weekends & Christmas/New Years: 30 days
• March 1 – June 14 & September 16 – October 31: 7 days
• November 1 – February 28: 3 days

If a cancellation is made with less than the required notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
