During the off season, Madrona Beach Resort offers reduced rates for long-term stays of 30 days or more. These fully-furnished units are ideal for anyone wishing to spend extended time enjoying the region.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional adult (or child over 16), add $50 per week.
- A minimum 30 day stay is required to secure these rates.
- Rates include utilities: hydro electricity, cable, internet and local telephone service.
- Kitchenette: bar fridge, 2 burner cook top, sink, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, cutlery & dishes
- Kitchen: full refrigerator w. freezer, stove with oven & 4 burners, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cookware, cutlery & dishes
Facilities and services available to all units:
Amenities: All of our fully furnished units have bed linens, towels, irons, ironing boards and hair dryers. There is a coin operated laundry on site, tennis court, children’s playgrounds, golf practice net and beach fire pits.
*The kitchens in the Beach Level Two Bedroom and the Oceanview Studio units are outfitted with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, etc.
**The Ocean View One Bedroom with kitchenette: bar size refrigerator, 2 stove top burners, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, etc.
***The Ocean View One Bedroom with kitchen: apartment size refrigerator with freezer, oven with 4 burners, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, etc.

Deposit and Cancellations
- Minimum stay of 30 days – stays of 30 days or more are exempt from taxes
- We cannot guarantee specific unit numbers only unit types
- Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charges are $50 per person per week
- Deposit due at the time of booking: $750 Beach, $500 Ridge
- Security deposit of $500 (cash/debit) required on check-in (refunded on departure pending unit inspection for damages)
- Cancellation: deposit refunded less a $100 administration fee with 30 days’ notice of cancellation; less than 30 days’ notice deposit non-refundable
- Balance due on check-in
Taxes
A minimum stay of 30 days is required to qualify for monthly rates and to be eligible for the exemption from GST and PST.
Conditions
- Once in-house 30 days’ notice is required if you wish to shorten your stay
- All units are non-smoking and are not pet friendly
- Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged through the office for a fee. Once a month we will provide a full set of clean linens. Cleaning supplies, soap, toilet paper, tissues, coffee etc. are not replenished during your stay.
