Minimum Length of Stay:
Beach: 2 nights Sept 3 - Jun 12, 3 nights June 13-26 & Aug 31 - Sept 2, 6 nights June 27 - Aug 30
Ridge: 2 nights Sept 3 - June 19, 3 nights June 20 - Sept 2
Deposit Policy:
Beach Per Week
- $500 Shoulder/Value Season
- $750 in Prime Season
- Less than 1 week: first night rental
Ridge Per Week
- $250 Shoulder/Value Season
- $500 in Prime Season
- Less than one week: First night's rental
Cancellations
A full refund (less a $25 administration fee) will be provided with the required notice. Length of notice required:
- June 15 - September 15, Holiday Weekends & Christmas: 30 days
- March 1 - June 14 & September 16 - October 31: 7 days
- November 1 - February 28: 3 days
If a cancellation is made with less than the required notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
